01 · Our name

Beit Il Feker Alhadith means House of Modern Thought.

Not a house where ideas are stored, but a living one where they are questioned, shared, tried out and turned into something useful for others.

It starts with a simple question: what happens after people finish formal education but have never been helped to understand themselves, build essential human abilities, or turn their potential into contribution?

Many capable people learned to memorise answers and pass exams, yet still struggle with confidence, communication, focus and initiative. Often they were quietly told they were not clever, because their gifts were never the ones a classroom set out to measure.

So this house is a place to keep growing through experience, reflection, dialogue, creativity, movement, teamwork and real projects, alongside people who want the same.

School and university give

Important academic and professional knowledge.

We add what is often left outside

  • Self-awareness
  • Communication
  • Confidence
  • Critical thinking
  • Human values
  • Collaboration
  • Leadership
  • Community initiative

02 · Inside the house

What it looks like from the inside

Someone hangs the screen, someone runs the sound, someone brings the cards. Every photo on this page comes from an event our members organised themselves.

  • Guests clapping and singing at long tables
  • A volunteer on a ladder hanging the screen between pine trees
  • Two friends at a long wooden table at sunset
  • A friendly match under the floodlights
  • Friends playing cards at a table outdoors

03 · What we believe

Six convictions, one growing tree

The convictions behind every gathering, workshop and project in the house.

Learning is lifelong

Graduation is a milestone, not the end of personal, social or intellectual growth.

People are more than grades

Potential cannot be measured by exams, academic history or job titles.

Learning should be lived

We grow through practice, movement, discussion, making and feedback.

Knowledge needs character

Ability matters when it is guided by honesty, empathy, dignity and service.

Questions are welcome

Real thinking welcomes investigation, respectful disagreement and other perspectives.

Learning becomes action

The best proof of learning is building, cooperating and giving something back.
