One tree, three stages
Every person grows like the tree in our logo
Roots, then a trunk, then branches that reach other people. Every gathering we hold answers one of these three stages, so nothing here is a random workshop.
-
01Roots
Discover yourself, your abilities and your direction.
Unhurried space to look at your identity, habits, values, relationships and strengths. Nobody is diagnosed, labelled or fixed. You simply notice yourself more honestly and choose what to grow.
-
02Trunk
Turn awareness into practical ability.
Practice the skills you need for work, relationships and leading projects. Confidence is not a trait some people are born with. It grows with supported practice, and you show it by making something, not by attendance.
-
03Branches
Use what you learned to build something for others.
This is where learning becomes visible. Members research a need, build a team, plan an event or project, take responsibility for it and improve through feedback. NCAS Football and Sawa Men 3icha Sa7 both started here.
Reflection connects the three. At every step you pause to look at what you learned, how you changed, and what your next step should be.

What branches look like in real life
Tables carried into a forest, a screen hung between pine trees, a football team that trains together regularly. Two member-led initiatives started at the branches stage, and both are still growing.
