Initiatives

Ideas members turned into something real

Each initiative started as one person's idea. Members research it, build a team, take responsibility and improve through feedback.

The last step of every night

Every event ends with feedback

Before guests head home, they are asked what worked and what didn't. The team takes those answers into planning the next night.
